had a follow up appt after ER visit waited 3 weeks to get in because it was a specific appt that takes longer time with patient, that morning they call and said they had to do a tele visit(which she had never done before) because they were moving offices, 7 minute phone call, they claim it was 20 minutes, no help and kept getting charged even for well visits, never touched me, listed to my heart, looked in my hears, nothing...
Have had such a hard time finding a doctor. Had an appointment yesterday with Susan. Age was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, responded quickly with a referral and sent in prescription right away. So caring and knowledgeable. So thankful to have found her. Highly recommend
