I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Susan has been throughou the process of selling my sisters' house. I don't know the area. I live 426 miles away which meant I was very dependent on her and her recommendations. She know what she is doing and she goes above and beyond in helping her sellers. Susan fixed things, noted things, and made sure the house was immaculate. I depended on her judgement throughout the process. A great and timely sale and closing. The house had three offers in two days!
