My family member was a pt of hers. She kept repeatedly prescribing antibiotics for a lump. All while the cancer kept growing and now said family member is on hospice. Thanks to this 'doctor' for ruining our lives. She knew she messed up and apologized to patient after finally being diagnosed by a different doctor.

Dr. Laningham is no frills, but very efficient, helpful, listens well and believes what you say. She has given me good advice and answered my questions.
HORRIBLE, I asked a few questions of the nurse? whoever leads you into your room and when I didn't accept her answer I was escorted to the hallway to leave. My question related to why my records were not on file after 5 months of requesting them to be on file. The "nurse" whoever she was should get a job picking up garbage rather than dealing with patients. The rudest bedside manner of any doctor I've experienced who talks to patients in a condescending tone. This doctor automatically assumes the patient is lying, has an accusatory tone, thereby quickly transforming doctor visits into interrogations. This woman does not know the word "compassion" and fails miserably as a "healer".
Dr. Susan Laningham is so efficient and just right on what is needed.. She is amazing how she can sift through listening to the likes of some of us and filter what is most relevant.. .. well she is a very wise doctor.. I have been to her office on several occasions and am thinking of seeing if I could transfer my own personal health needs to Dr. Susan. Also, Eric is also such a blessing.. He is so knowledgeable and just has a way with patients and friction and meeting the needs.
Dr Laningham is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and seems unhurried. She is extracts important data in her review of lab results. She is a wonderful doctor.
Been going to Dr Laningham for years. Exceptionally competent, answers questions in understandable language. Doesn't rush. Will go to bat with specialists for you.
She's surprisingly very rude and has no bed side manner.
