Does not take the time to explain observations for you to understand. We feel rushed through the appointment and she is more focus on the computer rather than the patient. I understand she needs to take notes yet those observations or recommendations are not listed on the visit review or to family members to help their love ones. I left there more confused and have no idea where my love one stands in the dementia spectrum or how she companies from six months ago. Needless to say we will be seeking care at another location.
Warm and helpful staff. Dr Susan is top notch in her field. I recommend her to anyone who needs good quality services in the field of neurolog . She sticks with the patient to ensure prescribed medications offer best quality of life outcome. She really cares!
