Susan was great in helping us sell our home. The process went quickly, smoothly, and we ended up with a fair price! She was great about addressing any issues that came up unexpectedly and keeping us in the loop for everything. And she also helped with everything - getting the place cleaned, worked on, staged - so we only had to focus on our move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the pleasure of working with Susan on the sale of my home. Susan was very professional and responsive. She was very thorough and worked hard to ensure that all of the aspects of the sale were taken care of. She also had good recommendations for painters, stagers, etc. I especially appreciate Susan’s communications skills. Working with Susan to purchase our new home and sell our previous home was amazing! She is incredibly professional. Always responsive to emails and texts. Always on time to any appointments. When it came time to sell our previous home, she did everything. She arranged for any work that needed to be done - staging, painting, repairs, inspections, etc. She handled all appointments and schedules with those contracts. We hope to not need to move again for a while, but know that we would be in great hands with Susan again.
