No care provided beyond general CDC guidelines. Uninterested in listening or determining what was happening in my body. Nurses called me four times with the same information and never answered my follow up questions for continuing my care.
Susan Lee, NP is efficient, attentive and knowledgeable. Susan listened carefully to my description of pain history and current symptoms. X-rays were ordered to verify problem. This was performed immediately, right there in the office. Susan’s nurse phoned me that afternoon with X-ray results and recommendations for follow up care. Office staff, X-ray tech, nurse and NP were all professional and considerate.
