She is an intuitive doctor, a ready smile, a ready hug...as if you have known each other for a long while. She LISTENS, discusses, and never shuts a patient out of the discussion or of treatment plans. In my 72 years (remember, numbers do NOT indicate a patient's "age"! Unfortunately, many of the specialists at our Kaiser did not seem to realize this..), I have only once found a doctor similar to Susan. She's the only doctor,that I mourned when we left the plan. U R in excellent care w/her!
Amazing Dr. Very caring and knowledgeable. Also very thorough. Answers emails in timely manner.
