If you want an attorney who listens and isn't afraid to discuss your case over the phone, DO NOT CONTACT THIS ONE! She was also recommended to me via Rocket Lawyers through my employer but has since been removed as an option.
Mediocre family attorney
Susan is a solid attorney and will fight for the little guy/girl. She does what is right. Please don't hesitate to give her a call.
This woman should take a class on telephone etiquette. She was rude, short, and condescending towards me despite her being offered to me via Rocker Lawyer. If she had no interest, she should have had her receptionist or someone more qualified in customer satisfaction handle the call or simply draft an email. I’m disappointed but I am also grateful I found out right away how unprofessional she was towards me right away so that I didn’t hire her. My advice? Look elsewhere.
