I spoke with Susan about my case over the phone. She provided me a very comprehensive answer what should I do in my case. It turned out I don’t need a power of attorney at all. In my case, I needed to create a document and publicly notarize it.
Don't bother with a phone consultation. She won't even let you finish your sentence before stopping you. Even after asking her to let me read the entire clause-- still cut me off. Free was too expensive for this service.
