Susan is very knowledgeable and an expert at what she does. She is very personable, helpful, and easy to communicate with in person and via other media. I think she is excellent at negotiating! I would highly recommend her either for selling your home or if you are looking to buy, she knows her stuff!

I have used many agents over the years to both buy and sell homes and I have to say that when Susan was recommended to me, I had no idea how my world was about to change for the better. Susan handled everything from meeting agents to going back to my home in the events to reset my alarm for me. My husband is on active duty in the military. When we were transferred to CA in 2006, we wanted to buy a home and were referred to Susan Kazarian. She was so easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond for us by showing us several houses until we found the right one for our growing family.
