Susan does not communicate and has zero follow through. She is completely unorganized, and the rates that seem to be very reasonable end up being laughable for what she delivers. Another reviewer mentioned that she is BBB accredited, and she most certainly is not. She has no staff, and attempts to handle everything on her own. Find a real lawyer.
Susan was called upon by the court to be the ad litem on behalf of my daughter. She failed to share with the court that the child's mother threatened to kill me (the father) in my sleep. When confronted in court(under oath) she said she didn't recall hearing the audio recording that I sent to her. When I sent it I said to reply back if she couldn't open the file. Weeks later, Susan went out of her way to talk to my new judge to tell him that I didn't pay her, the bill wasn't even due. At this point she was totally done with ... read more
