I was a patient of this provider for approximately eight years, with follow-up visits occurring every 4–5 months for sleep and hormone management, and without prior concerns regarding care. My appointment was recently canceled. After contacting the office to confirm that I could still be seen, I was advised that I could proceed and subsequently rescheduled. Susan was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. She is so down to earth, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I’m so glad to have her on my care team. The office staff and nurse are amazing and sweet! Time is everything too and they had me in and out and I never felt rushed.
