If I could give this woman no stars I would. Despite all of the information I recorded for her, she never looked at any of it. She never sent me to hematology despite having unusual platelet labs. Despite having crippling headaches/migraines for more than 30% of the time, she never sent me back to neurology for help. Instead she offered to increase the antidepressants I was on.
