Sue should have advised me to find another realtor as a buyer’s broker, I didn’t understand her and was early on in my real estate investing. She ended up taking 2 K when she knew the property wasn’t financeable. VT can’t have dual agency so buyers should have their own agent which she should have recommended instead of not representing me and I saw her as an authority figure as a new investor. Expensive $2000 lesson learned.
