If I could give this abomination of an ISP a negative star, I would. I’m surprised that workers in frontier don’t feel any shame by participating in the scam called frontier wireless. Never ever EVER use frontier. It is the worst ISP ever. Constant Disconnections, slow ping, horrible connection. Etc etc. please, save yourself from the worst isp in the world
We paid and scheduled to get our internet installed today, but no one ever showed up. We've been calling the four numbers we were provided and can't get anyone on the phone. Their automated system keeps taking us around in circles and when we do manage talk to a human, they either hang up or transfer you to another department that can't help. I wish this wasn't the only internet serviced by our apartments!
Hi everyone! My honest recommendation is never go with Frontier Communications. They charge for something that they didn't work on. Background: We called them last month to upgrade our plan. They mentioned that as the technician needs to come home to put a new router, and they would charge a technician fee of $85. After 10 days, on the day of installation, the technician called and mentioned that he can do it remotely and completed it within 5 minutes.
