Incredibly condescending and presumptuous. Adament that she needed my info before evaluation meeting and asked repeatedly for my paperwork when it took me some time to gather and deliver. I left her with ALL requested info and then some, but when I returned to attend the actual meeting, (nearly 2 weeks later.) she had barely skimmed the info and even insisted that I didn't have the right medical files, which I had to take out of the packet I had given her, and showed her, that they were indeed there.
