Susan Hinz was an incredible agent who truly made this big home purchase process as enjoyable as possible. We were pretty picky about what we wanted, and Susan was always knowledgeable about the market, especially around the West End of Richmond and the Midtown area where we were looking. Working with Susan Hinz is a delight. Every detail is taken care of for you. She does a great job with pricing and suggesting cost effective ways to help maximize your profit. If you have the property staged - it is done above and beyond your expectations. From listing to closing I could not be more pleased.
What a love about Susan is that she is willing to go the extra mile. She is so calm and confident that you will get the right house that when it happens all you can say is that she is right. Loved working with Susan and 1000% recommend if you are looking to buy a house.
Susan was wonderful to work with. She came up with multiple strategies since the market seemed to be turning at the time we were trying to sell my home. She was always available, even from vacation in Norway!! She's great to work with!
Susan Hintz I’d a great realtor and we couldn’t have found someone more caring, supportive, and responsive to our needs and questions. She is trustworthy and we would highly recommend her if they are looking for a realtor who gets the job done in a professional, thorough manner. We found our home in Midlothian within two days. What we liked most about the process is that we had total confidence in her and Kelly. Thanks!!
