Susan was great easy to talk to and very professional
Susan was very thorough in her consultation with me. Very satisfied with the results of my visit.
This office is terrible. Literally half the stuff we talk to her about she has no clue. Never in my life have I been to an office with little to no support after they highly suggest colon removal for mild dysplasia. I feel like they abandoned my husband after surgery. Nobody will do anything for him. Been in severe pain ever since. Horrible people; save yourself the pain and suffering that my kids and husband have endured. Go to Spokane or Seattle.
Susan is always my first choice when Dr. Webb is unavailable, she and nurse Rachel have both worked hard on my behalf. My thanks to you Susan and Rachel!
Everyone in the office is so nice. Susan NP is one of the nicest well educated caring NPs I have ever been to. She listened to my 4 year history without interruption and was genuinely concerned. I was surprised with the amount of time she took with me. She was not rushed and made sure my questions were answered. I was concerned seeing an NP before the Dr as no one has figured out my issue, but she is thorough and highly recommended by me.
