Great staff and office. Very nice.
My issue is not with the Doctor herself, but with the front office staff. We’re thinking of changing the insurance plan for next year and so we needed to find new pediatricians. My daughter has severe asthma and my son is autistic among other medical issues. So finding a good pediatrician is very important to us and the complete experience from the start of making the appointment up until check out. Dr. Heller has been the primary pediatrician for my daughters for over 15 years. She and her staff are warm and caring and Doctor Heller takes apple time with patients to answer questions or listen to concerns. Since the pandemic some office scheduling protocols have changed to keep patients coming in for sick visits from interacting with well check up patients but check in is still smooth and wait times remain short.
