I have been going to Dr. Psaila for years. She has always been kind, professional, and considerate. I tried a dermatologist closer to my home and the wait time was months out, even for a valid concern.
I have seen Dr. Psaila for many years now. I trust her and will continue to see her. She's always pleasant.
Dr Susan Paula is the rudest no bedside manner Dr I have ever dealt with. I have seen Dr Joseph wojochowski for over 20 years and he goes out of his way and cares for his patients. I had a bad reaction to a medication she prescribed and the rash was spreading as I have excema. It was very uncomfortable and she would not even discuss my symptoms instead she condemned me for calling the emergency phone number, No concern for a patient who has been with a practice for over 20 years. This behavior is unacceptable.
I think that you misunderstood what I was talking about about my hair and my scalp just skipping over what I'm talking about and the symptoms is still the same so other than that her curiosity is good nice people I just wish she would have listened to me more
She is a friendly and competent Doctor. I highly recommend her.
