Susan and her reality company is the worst. They owe us our $4000 despot from one of her over priced rentals and is 2 weeks late. Rental company by law is required to return your deposit 21 days after vacating the property and returning keys. This was 2 weeks ago and Susan is MIA. Unresponsive and blames her own employees for her incompetence. We will take legal action if we don’t get our money back and will demand interest. You’d do the same to us if we were late on rent.
