Amazing man didn’t get his name but he was fast to rescue us in Marshall it was so hot and we had sat sometime. He offered myself and Fiancé water and got me in the truck fast to be cool. We needed him a second time to go to a different repair shop and he was more than welcoming again! He even dropped us at a safe Hotel and made sure we were safe! God Bless that man!
Won't use Rials again after the price gouging we got. $350 for a 1 min tug in a parking lot... 5 min from the job they just finished and 5 min from their shop. I'm all for paying your guys but that was price gouging and taking full opportunity of the situation. It took him longer to run my credit card than it did to pull our truck out of the rut.
