This review is for Rails Towing's truck operator Ryan. Ryan was dispatched to the Love's truck stop in Mansfield LA to help with our Penske rental on 8/2/26. First of all, Ryan is a true hero!! It's only because of his knowledge and experience that we were able to complete our trip safely and in our original rental. Ryan, my family with tell of your amazing talent for years to come. Honest pricing I have not come across any towing company which charges you by an hour. They gave me a quote on the initial call then ended up charging me less because they didn’t use all the time they quoted me for . Definitely recommend them and fast service guy was there in an hour I was 50 miles away from them.
Amazing man didn’t get his name but he was fast to rescue us in Marshall it was so hot and we had sat sometime. He offered myself and Fiancé water and got me in the truck fast to be cool. We needed him a second time to go to a different repair shop and he was more than welcoming again! He even dropped us at a safe Hotel and made sure we were safe! God Bless that man!
