I got an outstanding service,very polite doctor & good explanation
I was happy with my annual exam appointment with Dr. Deren. She is efficient and thorough.
My appointment started right on time. Dr. Derren quickly helped me with my sore knee.
I have been Dr. Deren's patient for a number of years now. I have never had an unpleasant interaction with her. I always feel that she has my good health at heart. She listens when I speak and is respectful of my considerations at all times. She keeps me on track with all my preventive health care, which I really appreciate because I lose track of time. She will be hard to replace if and when she leaves Kaiser (I hope she doesn't ).
