Update......after speaking with my contractor when he returned from out of the country. He mentioned there were additional delays due to the fact that the Statefarm agent's office sent him outdated forms for my contractor to complete and submit the discount for the roofing shingles. Required him to complete the forms again and resubmt to the office. Office never mentioned any of this as another variable why everything was delayed and misled they had originally sent in all the documentation months prior and waiting for underw... read more

It's a genuine pleasure to have Susan Daigle and her team working for us.
