If the star rating could go higher I woud for sure go higher than 5. Susan has been my go to agent both personally and professionally for YEARS. I have no worries at all refering my own personal clients to her. She is super honest and will let you know one way or another if it is a better deal or even if she cant get a better deal with bettoer coverage (rare) she will go over the reasons why with the client and tell them what they can do to help.
