One star is too generous. Looking for a home in the area, saw her office was open and decided to stop by. Rang bell for service as derected and waited several minutes, called out rang again waited nothing. Going with a different company. Don't know how or if she's making a living, but customer service is definitely not included
I had a deadline to get a house in December 2017 and I started looking with Susan in the end of the first week in November 2017. I was cutting it pretty close with the deadline to find a house, since my lease for the apartments ended on December 31st. Fortunately by having Susan I was able to move into a house by December 15th just before Christmas and I was able to get the exact house that my family wanted and at the price I wanted.
