Susan is very professional and thorough. Projects are completed in a timely manner and to perfection. She quickly determined what appealed to me and saved me hundreds of hours by researching decor options and presented me with three or four options for each project for my approval. Any of the options would have been fine, but having a choice that wasn't overwhelming was perfect for me.
