I started seeing Susan Conn earlier this year. Every time I visit her for various issues she's been knowledgeable kind and very respectful. I have a lot of health issues and she does her best to address whatever one is causing a problem at the moment. I would highly recommend Susan Conn as I find her to be knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and takes the time to listen and assist me with my numerous issues.
Susan is the best! I would recommend her to everyone. Easy to talk to, listens to your issues and gives you clear answers.

Susan Conn was by far the best medical professional I’ve ever come in contact with. She was open, honest, and friendly. She took plenty of time to talk with me and no part of my visit felt rushed. Susan Conn is a very wonderful person to be around. Even though she has been a FNP for only a year or less, according to board certification, it seems she has been one for many years. She is a welcoming person and I feel like i'm at home when i'm with her.
