Referred by my son's primary care but after 2 weeks of back and forth, the office still can't clarify what our first visit will cost. They specifically told me to wait for a diagnosis code, then "forgot" to follow up. There is a total lack of clarity with the billing contact in their office. And then they insist we come in anyway so they can submit billing to the insurance and if it's not covered, it will just be one out of pocket visit cost.
