I am beyond disappointed with how the receptionist, Carmen treats patients. In my 28 years of living I have never left a bad review for anywhere before—however I felt like my experience was so awful with Carmen today I had to do so. The lack of empathy, professionalism and communication has been appalling to say the least. Sue delivers quality care in a patient friendly environment. If you’re looking for a practitioner who will take time to thoroughly evaluate your mental health needs, this is the place for you. The receptionist is professional and kind. I gave this practice 5 stars because I like the personal attention they offer.

Ms. Clavette calls just two days before my first scheduled appointment and cancels the appointment, even though my appointment had been scheduled for 3 weeks. I could have been looking elsewhere for assistance during the 3 weeks I had been waiting for my first appointment with Ms. Clavette. Very unprofessional!

Appointment setter was unprofessional. When I said I couldn’t do an appointment next week she acted like I had to take the appointment because the doctor worked me in. I bought a house and am moving. It was not convenient. Also I asked for directions and she said she would email. She never did. I canceled my appointment and she called the referring doctor to tell them I canceled. I won’t go here.
