Susan Carleton was extremely professional and helpful! She helped me and my wife land our dream house and we could not be happier with the experience. She coordinated all aspects of the closing process with our lender and the sellers agent in such a timely manner we were able to close early on the house as well! I’m not generally one to rave, but Susan deserves a rave review! She went above and beyond in every aspect of listing and quickly selling our house. We were selling our primary home, which we had spent years planning and therefore had quite an emotional attachment. The house was one of the nicest/largest homes and hence priced well above others in our area. Susan was honest and direct while still being supportive and encouraging.
