I have a complex medical history and have had many different teams of doctors, both here in Chicago and in NYC. I've never in my life had a doctor bring me to tears. She was short with me, dismissive of my concerns and, though I know my case is complex, she made me feel like I was wasting her time. Dr. Tsai and her team are incredible at what they do. I had a complex case due to a 18cm fibroid, endometriosis, and family history of ovarian cysts and cancer. Dr. Tsai and her team listened to my concerns and took amazing care of me during and after my hysterectomy and fibroid removal. I highly recommend the entire team at NWM if you are dealing with complex gynecological issues.
Dr. Tsai is an extraordinary surgeon whose compassion and skill exceeded all my expectations. Dr Tsai deserves 0 stars. I made it within the 15 minute grace period. 10 mins late. Checked in with 2 minutes to spare. Dr Tsai refuses me after I checked in and paid my copay. The ladies at the front desk reiterated to Dr. Tsai that I made before the grace period and Dr. Tsai still refused me. On August 3, 2023, I had a surgical consultation with Dr. Tsai regarding a possible foreign object Essure coil fragment left in me from a 2011 hysterectomy. My husband and I arrived on time and within the 15 minute grace period dictated by Dr. Tsai's Northwestern's medical group.
