I waited months to get this appointment. My appt was at 11:30, I arrived at 11:20. I was told that since I was to late to fill out paper work that I would have to reschedule because the PA only works a half of day on Fridays. The receptionist stated that I could rebook the appointment in June. Once I gave her my insurance info she stated that they were not accepting any new patients.
