My experience with Dr.Susan Belcher was completely positive. She was warm , listen and answered all my concerns. She didn’t seem rush and took time to explain my mri . The staff was professional and warm too. This is my experience and opinion .
I usually see Dr Belcher's NP Taylor and she's great. I mostly see Dr Belcher for shots. I don't like the fact that she doesn't request MRI's to see how my neck condition has progressed. I think yearly MRI's would help to keep up with the deterioration of my neck. She does answer all my questions and listens to what I feel I need at that time. My last visit was about a year ago. Susan blew me off about my pain for the last time! I went to another doctor who found a tear in my right shoulder! I will never let her touch me again, not that she did much the 4 years or so that I was a patient! Same meds over and over again, no changes in med to help with pain. I hope she never has to experience the kind of pain I deal with on a daily basis with my pinched nerves in my neck, psoriatic arthritis everywhere in addition to fibromyalgia. I am on my last leg.
