No compassion. I came in with a severe cold that I had been battling for 5 days, with severe cold symptoms. Major sinus pressure causing headaches and excessive coughing and her advice was to use cough drops and buy some OTC cough medicine. She basically said "tough it out. This cold season is rough. " What happened to physicians doing their job snd trying to help relieve the symptoms of their patients?
