Absolutely disgusted in the way my grandmother was handled while hospitalized with covid. She cannot safely care for herself at her best, yet nursing staff claimed she was “fine to come home and care for herself” while my grandfather was home too sick to care for her. The bullying my family endured when we could not safely bring her home due to my grandfather being extremely sick was outrageous. Then within 30 minutes we get a phone call that she fell. The er will let you leave in pain, offer to transport you to a different hospital. very disappointed in the quality of care in that department. I have a chronic condition, that is horrible painful. which I'm on disability for. I guess I didn't realize the er could refuse treatment, and only offer tylenol and motrin for my pain. I was using tylenol and motrin at home. I came because I'm miserable and needed help. but once again I didn't get it.
Yes they are the best I went to the ER and they admitted me right away for high blood sugars and they have called me weekly checking on me since I got out
Worst hospital ever. I do not recommend this place you have better luck going to augusta or wichita

I absolutely LOVE the maternity staff. I've had both my children at SBA and I cannot praise them enough. I have multiple friends that have given birth at other hospitals and they are so impressed when I tell them about my experience at SBA. The nurses are so attentive and supportive. I love how much they support breastfeeding and follow up for the baby AND mother. Just fantastic!
Their administration has ZERO clue had to use tri-care. The lady threw a fit because she’s not allowed to scan my military ID which is also my Insurance card.
