I've had mixed experiences with Dr. Flanzman. The new patient wait is about a year at this point I hear. I waited 7 months. They have a wait-list, but it's a first come first serve text, so people grab those up immediately. She rushes and barely spends any time speaking to you and literally says "our time is up", which I find super rude. Flanzman tries to emulate being more of a functional medicine doctor by recommending some vitamins, while highly recommending that you get a get a Covid vax and a flu shot. The office is a disaster. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Nadine the office manager is a figment of everyone’s imagination. Very nice Doctor but this medical group prescribes anti-depressant & anti-anxiety medication without requiring a referral from a psychiatrist. My Mom is a patient and has had the same medications for 20 years and they have never asked her to talk to someone or for a referral from a psychiatrist. It’s an extremely irresponsible, lazy, and reckless practice. The medication does nothing, if you aren’t talking to someone about what is causing those feelings!
