Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a date and time to view a property I was interested in with Susan. I received a reminder test at 8:30 am the day of my scheduled viewing (viewing was scheduled to be at 11:00 am.) Upon arrival no one was around and my husband attempted to call Susan and she did not answer. He texted her stating he was waiting at the mailbox and asked if he needed to meet at another location. Susan Allen was always immediately available to answer questions and advise every step of the way, she was very quick to return my phone calls and texts. She is not pushy and will do everything she can to make her clients happy. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a new home!
