I came to Milan Medical back around 2022-2023 in a crisis I didn’t understand and didn’t know how to deal with. She listens to you, takes your concerns about medicine, price, how it affects you and anything else into consideration AS LONG AS YOU SPEAK OR ASK instead of staying silent and making them do all the guess work about your own body or mind. Great doctor, I scheduled a mental health evaluation with her within 3 days (and that could’ve been shorter if I wouldn’t have called on a day they were closed) Dr. Alden is very attentive and she listens to you about how you’re feeling and how your medication works for you (if prescribed medication) like a doctor should, overall I rate her 5/5 stars and I will be continuing to see her as my primary mental health doctor

I would give zero stars if possible! Dr. Alden recklessly prescribed $200 worth of medications to someone close to me, after she completed a very short questionnaire regarding her emotional and mental well being. No verbal questions about what she may be dealing with, no referrals to a counselor/therapist/psychiatrist - just shoving pills at someone with no regard or attempt whatsoever at being thorough. RECKLESS. STAY AWAY!
