Dr. Susan is not the doctor for me. She lacks confidence. I want a doctor who is sure of herself so I'm at ease. I'm paying extra out of pocket for personalized care, for someone to take care of me while I took care of others. I talked to her about this, hoping it would improve. The office was locked when I arrived for my appointment today. And I'd received 3 text reminders, one just this morning. Sigh. She hasn't called. I hope she's OK, but I won't go back even if it was an emergency
We met with Dr. Alcasid for Direct Primary Care onboarding and were very pleased with everything. She took the time to listen, things didn't feel rushed, and we felt like we were actually people rather than just patient number 899 for the day.
Dr. Alcasaid spends time with you during your visit and cares about your concerns and health. It is easy to get an appointment and you do not have to wait like in most doctor offices. I would highly recommend Dr. Alcasaid.
