Dr. Susan Rector extracted a bottom molar late last year. The plan was to get that area ready for a dental implant. The extraction was very traumatic to the area surrounding the tooth. I had to go back to the office more than ten times to get the site packed with medicated gauze to abate the persistent pain in the area. I recently had the opportunity to experience the exceptional care provided by Dr. Rector and her team. What was expected to be a routine 30-minute procedure turned into a more complex situation when a pre-surgical x-ray revealed a potential complication. Dr. Rector's approach to this unexpected challenge was nothing short of exemplary. Dr. Rector is very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. I have had a couple procedures done under her care, and each experience left me satisfied as a patient. She is sure to explain everything to you and makes sure to answer any questions you may have. She helped to make a not-so-fun appointment much more comfortable. I would recommend her & her team to anyone looking for an oral surgeon!
Amazingly knowledgeable of her trade. I learned a lot from her lessons of her trade and how to continue my aftercare. I've had a lot of trauma at once next to each other and I'm reasoning my own aftercare which is a result of listening to Susan and her assistant Dana as well as learning from the after pamphlet. Our trades have a lot in common, however, I deal with transplanting roots while Susan deals with removing them!! Thanks for your help, DANA!
