Horrible experience. First visit, I waited two hours. Second visit, about 45 minutes. I was told to go leave a urine specimen in the bathroom and that the specimen cups were in there. I walked into the bathroom, and it looked like a truck stop. Filthy! No specimen cups to be found. So, I opened a little metal cabinet and found a few Dixie drinking cups and a black Sharpie marker. The staff is in no way friendly which is awful in itself but worst of they are very incompetent. Waited over 45 minutes and then when asking if I would be called back shortly - her response was did you sign in. Also made an appointment a week in advance arrived and the office had decided to be closed the day before. No notice or call was given. That is not only poor on the staff but the doctors themselves for not confirming all the patients had been contacted for rescheduling. Please if your insurance allows you go anywhere ... read more
Worst Dr. always busy. When you go her office you should wait min. 1 hour and she does not ask you have any problem because she has to go another patient. when you would like to reach her on the phone you can't because she is not available. I had to any problems about my pregnancy but she didnt care about me or my baby. DON'T GO THERE!!! THIS IS ONLY WASTING TIME!!!
Dr. Orhan delivered my first daughter and I wouldnt want anyone else to deliver my second. She is a very loving and caring doctor. She treats me like family every time I see her. Waiting can be a little annoying but I understand she is a very busy doctor. I would recommend her to others.
I went to her for a 2nd opinion for a problem i was having. I called to make a appt with her as a new patient and i got in less than a week later. The 1st day i saw her she did a full pap smear, exam, and a internal ultrasound and found out that my endometrosis had come back and i had a blockage in my right Fallopian tube. I ended up having surgery (and she didn't put on the report that she removed the blockage in my fallopian tube b/c its considered a infertility issue, and insurance wont pay for it)and successfully got pre... read more
She is good on initial visits. She makes you feel warm and talks sweet for business. Okie! That is it. After the initial 3 visits, never saw her. Her fellow doctor Dr. Johnson is amazing. She does not provide any details. No positive approach. Always talks negative...absolutely negative trash. You end up feeling nervous, upset and tense whenever you visit her. Knowledge is so..so. Never recommend her. If you ever go to Elite, have Johnson as your doc if you are comfortable.
Today I felt like a new woman after seeing Dr. Orhan. She was so warm and kind. She made me feel like she really cared about what I was going through and understood. I left her office feeling relieved and knew my health problems are being solved...finally! If anyone has bad things to say about her it's because they haven't been seen by some truely bad doctors which Dr. Susan Orhan is definitely not one of them!
I have been with this doctor since I was only 5 weeks pregnant and I am nearing my due date. I physically saw her 1 time! All other appts were either with her nurse, midwife or other doctor. If you don't ask questions, they dont fill you in. The office is far too busy for personal care and the hospital she delivers at offers no options for your birth. Here it is a business. I suggest West Suburban and to hire a doula!
Very knowledgable doctor. She never pushed medications my way- instead went straight to the problem and helped me... She answered all my questions and spent time listening to me. Other doctors I have seen in the past- are always in a rush to get to the next patient. Not Dr. orhan- she stands by her title!! I love her and I highly recommend her to any women looking for a great O.B Gyne!!!!
