Extremely dismissive, cold and uncaring. Zero communication skills. I tried to explain that I needed accommodations for issues due to cPTSD and was told “plenty of other people have anxiety and are fine”. I do not care about other people. I care about my needs! I have cPTSD, I need accommodations relating to that. Period. She does not communicate at all. Susan McKenney is an absolute angel in healthcare. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2019 and Susan Mckenney has been involved every step of the way! She is very easy to talk to and understand, very compassionate about her patients and their feelings, and very knowledgeable about breast cancer! Our family absolutely loves her and we are blessed to have her as a part of our moms healthcare team! She is more than a provider, she is family!
