Why is it so hard to contact a Forefront Derm. doctor directly. My drug store never received the rx electronically sent yesterday & I can't reach Dr. Kieler to resend. The "automated" line does not offer an option to speak with her office. Extremely frustrating. The low rating is because of my inability to reach her Kenosha office. She herself was fine.
