Sus Casitas Apartments have roomy studio apartments, ( 400 sqft+), with small patios and 2nd floor balconies. I enjoyed sitting out in my balcony. Included are single car garages and open parking. Rents are reasonble under $2000. This property is circa 60 yrs old, charming and confortable. Manager Tim and his snall crew maintain this older property and respond quickly to repair requests.
I lived there in 2024/25. Sus Casitas is close to the beach and Hwy 55 for easy access. Good, friendly management and maintenance onsite. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Many residents have lived there for years!! Plenty of parking with garage included. Rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in area.
I lived at Sus Casitas Apartments for 18 years (and my wife lived here for 9 years) and we just moved out a week ago. It has been amazing! (My wife and I moved in with a relative.) We both really enjoyed living here. Tim (manager) and Lloyd and Larry (both part of the team) are awesome! Tim and Larry both live on site and I have had to call Tim a couple times over the years after hours for emergency maintenance issues and he always responded quickly and courteously.
