I would love to eat punugulu, uttappam and mysore bonda only in Surya tiffins. They are so delicious and tasty. 🤤 I dint found such taste anywhere in nearby Indian restaurants. Not only those items, each and every dish is as tasty as fresh. I truly recommend to try here
Came here with friends and tried the Masala Dosa, and it completely blew us away. Looked incredible when it hit the table, but the taste was even better. You don’t need overpriced fancy restaurants with over-the-top ambiance when the food is this authentic. It tastes just like my hometown tiffin spots and home breakfasts I grew up eating in India.

I visited this place with my family; there were four of us. I ordered one dosa from Naani’s Cafe, while we ordered one dosa and two buffets from Surya Tiffins. The receptionist who was working that weekend apparently assumed that, because there were four of us and only three meals were ordered from Surya Tiffins, I must have been sharing my buffet with the person who was still waiting for his order from Naani’s Kitchen. We had mysore masala dosa and Poori-Aaloo for breakfast along with chai. Food was excellent. So fresh. Sambar deserves a special mention. I could literally drink the sambar! Poori was so light and fluffy! It is inside the mall of India which is probably the reason for low reviews. There was just one person taking the orders and cooking I believe, so there was a slight wait time. Lots of seating available. Will definitely go back when back in Chicago.
