Dr Mulukutla was very helpful and knowledgeable, however he only saw my daughter once. We then got the assistant, who was good BUT took my daughter off meds, thus leading to a Thyroid Storm. Her reply was, "Let's see what happens in the next two weeks." .. Two ER visits due to being taken off meds abruptly. My daughter has been ill since.
The wait time to get seen is at least 2 hours even if you have an appointment. Maybe your clinic can improve on this aspect because school age kids gets early released for appointments but with plans to go back to school once visit is over and not be absent for the entire day.
Dr. Mulakutla is an exceptional doctor, he takes his time and explains everything very well. He includes family in medical treatment plans. He also looks at medical insurance to ensure the plan he makes is affordable to the family. I will always recommend him to anyone needing an endocrinologist.
