If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. Bought the Survivor II 7100 series windows for our whole house. Nice windows with plants in between the panes. I was so excited until about 1 year later when I noticed what looked like mold between the panes. By three years later EVERY one of the 11 windows we had installed had seal failures that allowed MOLD to grow between the panes. I called and told them I need new sashes, and all they were eager to tell me was that it’s not covered by the warranty (which I already knew). They h... read more
iI I could i would gave them 0 star. purchased new energy efficient windows, after 2 week, the windows are fogging up inside leaves moisture every day wipe out water also feel the cold breeze comes through. very poor customer service, blaming keeping heat too high ( thermostat set to 68 for heating) suggest some from company should come and inspects haven't heard anything, issue is not resolve, do your self a big favor spend little more money and buy better window. save your self form this kind of issue and company.
