Survivor Bootcamp in Cloverdale is a great awesome. It fits my schedule getting a great workout in with enough time to still get home, shower and get to the office feeling fantastic. Being able to do it inside or outside depending on the weather is a bonus. Give them a try!
Its been a year and a half now and I love it!!!! I couldn't get through life without my stress reliever. Many thanks to Adrienne and Del who keep me going and kick my butt!!!!
