Amazing people!
Giving 3 stars because I took 3 classes here. One was for my unarmed, and the other two were for my CCW and armed card.. I was not prepared to take care of my armed card at the time, BUT was able to still attend the classes. When I was able to get my armed card, I started to reach out to owner to see if I could get my paperwork or at least make the payment.. but owner refuses to get back to me. As of December 1st, 2024 I will have been employed here at SSI in the command center for a year. I have been in the security field as an officer, shift supervisor, and shift lead for multiple companies. I’m now 25 years old and John took a chance on me when the company revamped the Dispatch system. The amount of knowledge that I have learned working in this position that I would not have held as a guard is amazing.
