The manager Reuben Gulledge is a total scum bag. Touched me inappropriately and the owner of the company did nothing about it.
They handle my home sale in an unethical manner and cheated me out of a significant amount of money. It turns out that the broker purposely withheld an offer that was $100,000 higher than the one I received, all because they wanted to secure both sides of the transaction and pocket the additional commission. This level of dishonesty is appalling and shows a complete lack of integrity. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this broker to proceed with extreme caution.

Working with Hosana Saputra has been a terrible experience, to say the least. I would give zero stars if it were an option. The lack of professionalism is shocking. He markets himself as delivering “efficiency and results.” He doesn’t return communications for days, cancels showings last minute, barely acknowledges your presence when in his company, and much more. Do your homework before working with him.
